They are all trash.
Even when you get  new clip the damn ashtray won't open. I fount a new 
one on ebay and payed through the nose for it and  it's stuck closed. 
POOR design by the Germans or  US engineers at the time in PA.
On a lighter note if you have the pop riveted side moldings on your 
pickup. I found the original supplier for the trim. Mine needs the 
impact strip that fits in the aluminum molding.
