Make sure the drains in the corners of the cowl area, under the hood vents by the wipers are clear. There's a piece of black plastic covering that area, or there was originally. I also put some black silicone around the blower motor where in comes through that area...after almost 30 years the original seal may not be doing it's job.

My 1981 Caddy leaks terribly when it rains. The driver side gets a puddle
about 1/2 inch.
Does anyone have a fix?
Where is it leaking from? because I don't think its the front windshield
glass or seal, they look still very good and the A pillar has no rust or
holes, it's got to be from the vent /drainage by the wipers, right?
