[Vwpickups] instrument cluster

I spend the last 4 hours attempting to get the gas gauge to work but have no luck. I know the little 3 prong voltage stabilizer is good (new) the sender is good, get fluctuation on the volt meter as I move it so I just want to find a gauge cluster that is a known worker. Anyone that has one for an 81-82 diesel please contact me. I'm also looking for two side dash heat vents/regulators in black as well as 2 sun visors in black as well as the inside door releases and backing plates also in black. 
Having a hell of a time finding some of the smaller pieces, screws and bolts. But the motor runs great and strong, I just have no idea how much fuel I have as I travel.
