It is a pity they won't sell them complete, that would make it a bit more
difficult.  As for it being illegal, yes it is indeed, which is why it would
be a good idea not to broadcast it across the internet...  ;-)

PS-- What these 'green' governments fail to recognize is that there is a
waste of energy by crushing older vehicles; what about the billions of
calories of heat it takes to manufacture a new vehicle?  Is it not wasteful
to crush a vehicle if it still has some service life? Another comment; if
energy savings is important, remove the CIS, install Megasquirt, and keep on
driving.  I hope to do this within the next year.

The problem is, the lots won't sell them complete.  With or without the
title.  So, you couldn't even swap out the VINs (which is illegal, by the
way).
