[Vwpickups] Update: Lewis Grimes

Hey Gang,

Many of you know or know of "Lewis Grimes", a long-time, stalwart supporter of our group and of the VW Pick-up (aka "Caddy") in particular.

Lewis' health hasn't been good since he fell and became paralyzed from the waist down a few few years ago.

Lewis is finally out of the state hell-hole of a long-term "care" facility (using that term very loosely) and is now in a decent place in Monterey.

Just recently, Lewis' health has taken a negative turn. He's bleeding internally and the Doctors are unable to determine the cause as of yet.

In the meantime, it'd definitely help Lewis psychologically if people would give him a phone call, at least a short one. He's weak and pretty damn hard to hear on the phone but it would really help boost his morale.

I just talked to him and typical Lewis, he changed the topic to VW pick-ups.
