[Vwpickups] glow plug relay

According to Bentley for 81 Trucks:
Black at pin 86 is switched power (key on)
Red/Black at pin 50 is also switched power (key on) (suspicious about
this, later years pin 50 only gets power when key in start position).
Brown at pin 85 is ground
Black/Yellow at pin "L" is to the light in the dash
Looks like Blue/White (hard to read if thats blue or not) at T pin is to
engine temp sensor
Red/White at pin 87 goes to the glow plugs
Red at pin 30 is constant power from the starter

So, if your suspicious of the relay not functioning, pin 30 check for
constant power, pin 86 check for power when key on, and check your
continuity to ground on pin 85. If that all checks out, then relay could
be bad, or engine temp sensor (or wire) bad.
