I have two Mk1 twin downpipes suitable for either gas or diesel vehicles.  One is a Techtonics Euro Downpipe (now out of production) for the standard small flanged, US twin outlet exhaust manifold, the other is from a Mk1 Scirocco and requires the same exhaust manifold.  Neither downpipe will work with the Mk2 or later exhaust manifolds.  The Euro downpipe comes with all bolts and gaskets as well as the extension pipe off of the back of the catalytic convertor.  There is an O2 sensor bung welded on to the unit.  The convertor in this case is hollowed out and serves only to extend the system back to the rest of the exhaust system.  The extension pipe is for use with Techtonics 2" cat back exhaust system.  I'm sure Techtonics can supply a "test pipe" to use instead of the old cat.
