Development team for problem isolation, error correction, and redundant hardware features for the system processor and mainstorage subsystem on the AS/400.
  • Testing
    Served as the focal point for testing of the processor/mainstorage subsystem. This included verification of hardware and software by introducing errors into the system through hardwired bugs and software injection.
  • Documentation
    Served as the interface from the hardware diagnostics team to the information development group to ensure accurate and effective field service actions would result from the internal diagnostics. This included developing the error code translation tables and the repair and replacement procedures that are included in the AS/400 field service books.
